Your primary POMS contact for Access, Education and Problem Determination is
your local POMS Administration Team.
Your POMS Administration Team can be identified through your
Operations Chain of Administration.
You can expedite resolution for POMS Concerns by
contacting your local POMS Administration Team directly. |

Problem Management
Problems, Concerns, and Program Change Requests
must be submitted via the POMS Problem Management Function. You will receive a
conformation email with your Problem Management Ticket (PMT) number.
All POMS Support correspondence, including telephone voice mail, requires the
POMS Problem Management ticket number identified in the correspondence.

Direct calls or e-mails to Statronics, FINCEN, and Coast Guard Headquarters to
resolve problems with POMS without the proper Problem Management ticket number
will not be accepted.

POMS Problem Management Ticket (PMT),
contact your Local POMS Administration Team. |
